We’re sorry you have to return your order! But we totally understand, it happens, and we want to make it as easy for you as possible.

Zero Question Refund Policy

Just inform us by sending a mail to mentioning your order ID.  It would also really help us to know why you’d like to return the product, so we can improve our services to you.

Kindly, note that you have 5 days from the date of delivery to put the return request. You will have to send the product back to us at the following address and we will not be able to assist you with any information regarding returns on Instagram DM or any other email or contact number apart from the one mentioned on this page.

Please note:

  • The to and fro courier cost will be borne by you if you wish to return the product. In case of refunds we shall refund the total amount paid for the products and not shipping if any.
  • We have no provision for exchange the product.
  • Kindly allow 5 business days from the refund initiated date for the amount to be shown in your bank account.
  • For Pre-Paid/Online payment order, the refund amount will be returned back to source of payment.
  • For COD orders, you will have to provide us your BANK ACCOUNT details to receive your refund amount.
  • Please return your products unused in the same condition as you received it. If the products are found to be used or damaged we will not be able to refund your money.
  • We request you keep your communication with us on email only for all your order related queries.
  • Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

In the case of pre-paid orders, if an order comes in RTO (Return To Origin), the refund for the order will be generated only when the order reaches our warehouse.

Also, In the case customer received a different product from the ordered item, the required product could be exchanged only, no refund will be given for the same. Only the product will be exchanged with original desired product and it may take up to 10 days for this procedure. (Kindly note that EXCHANGE is not applicable on all orders, only the items sent wrong will be exchanged, not all).
