Which countries do we ship to?

 

Currently, we ship only within India.

 

Shipping costs and transit times

 

The winkycoo is presently charging NOTHING as a shipping cost from our customer. Soon reasonable shipping charges will be applicable on all products (without prior information).

 

Items are processed and ready for shipping within 7 business days after receiving the order.

 

We try to deliver the products to you within 7-10 days after dispatch, within major metro city limits. However, the duration of the delivery can take upto 25 working days depending on your delivery location.

 

The winkycoo is not responsible for service transit time. Delivery time to the end user is subject to factors beyond our control, including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

 

Transit times are provided by the carriers and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All orders are shipped via Professional Couriers. This list is subject to periodic revision.

 

All shipping costs are determined by the weight and volume of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address.(Shipping prices will be applicable very soon)

 

Important notes:

 

(1) The shipping costs (once applied) that you have paid for cover the courier costs to your location only. Any additional charges such as octroi or other state specific Taxes (if applicable), would need to be settled by you at the time of delivery.

 

(2) In the case of several products, the volumetric weight exceeds the product weight, and therefore you may expect courier charges to be higher for lightweight but bulky items.

If order tracking shows order status as Delivered but the customer denies its delivery, in that case, we will ask for POD (Proof Of Delivery) from the Shipping partner. This process usually takes 10-12 estimated working days and the customer has to wait till that time period.

If order tracking shows order status as Delivered but the customer denies its delivery, in that case, the customer has to raise his/her query within 24 hours of getting the order delivery message.

The change in address OR phone number of the customer at the time of delivery is not possible. In such case, no refund will be given if the order got undelivered, however, we will resend a new same order at the updated address / phone number, as soon as the status of previous order shows RTO (Return to origin), customer can request for an RTO of his/her previous order to speed up the procedure. Customer will get all the tracking details after dispatch of new order.

A parcel opening video is mandatory from the customer side, if customer is complaining about missing items in the order or damaged items in the order.

Improper or incomplete video will not be considered. Please make a proper video, showing the AWB number on the label and by showing all the toys.

Winkycoo does not commit the delivery time and whatever time we show is the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) that could vary depending upon unpredictable situations that are not in our control. But we try our best to get all the shipments delivered on time or ASAP.
